Well-being online yoga class

A new Online Yoga Class is starting to help participants connect their mind and body through practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques).

This 8-week practice of Hatha yoga increases strength and improves flexibility, reducing stress and promoting deep relaxation.
