Vivekachoodamani – Sunday Evening’s

January 18 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Vivekachoodamani, meaning “The Crest Jewel of Discrimination,” teaches us how to tell the difference between what is temporary and what is eternal. This ability of right understanding helps us move towards lasting peace and happiness.

Written by the great sage Adi ShankaracharyaVivekachoodamani consists of 580 verses presented as a dialogue between a student and a teacher. Through this conversation, the teacher gently guides the student on a spiritual journey to understand Brahman—the true reality within us.

Swami Chinmayananda’s commentary makes these profound teachings clear and practical, making this text an ideal guide for anyone walking the spiritual path.

This text will resume from Verse 150.
