The mind is definitely something that can be transformed, and meditation is a means to transform it.

Join Anish to learn step by step instructions for the seekers to start or continue their meditation journey.

Anish will also point out in detail many tips and tricks that must be used and the pitfalls that must be avoided in order to succeed in contemplation.

  • 7:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Location – 63 McKenzie Road, Māngere Bridge
  • Also available online if you are isolating but the real benefit is attending in-person
