2020 Festival theme – REINCARNATION: Ralph Waldo Emerson, the great American philosopher once said, “The soul comes from without into the human body, as into a temporary abode, and it goes out of it anew… it passes into other habitations, for the soul is immortal.” The journey of life through many births has been an essential doctrine about the journey of our lives for millennia and continues to fascinate our imagination. More clarity on Reincarnation would help us decode this concept to understand life in this information age of opinions and confusions. The festival aims to provide a platform to share, research and gain more clarity on popular life concepts like reincarnation. To decode such concepts, we are inviting experts from the field of Yoga, Vedanta, Buddhism, psychology and philosophy.

About the VEDA Festival
VEDA in the Sanskrit language means ‘to know’. Auckland has already witnessed two successful and consecutive VEDA festivals in 2018 and 2019, where the community celebrated the wisdom of ‘East’. The VEDA or knowledge festival is dedicated to people who like to think about living, its purpose and many issues related to life. The festival endeavours to bring together experts, thinkers, intellectuals and practitioners to share the deeper truths about life and its mysteries. This festival is being organized on a not-for-profit basis to spread the awareness of the benefits of the wisdom of the East which have been the science of life for centuries across many generations and civilisations.
