Learn the techniques for meditation in 6 Monday Evenings.

Join Anish to learn step by step instructions for the seekers to start or continue their meditation journey.

Anish will also point out in detail many tips and tricks that must be used and the pitfalls that must be avoided in order to succeed in contemplation.
